Located in North Houston,TX. Offering I-Tip & K-Tip Extensions and natural hair nourishment. Virtual Consultations are REQUIRED before booking for Tape Ins I Tips and K Tips. Extensions are provided with I Tip and K Tip service. During your consultation you will be texture matched. During consultations we discuss you natural hairs current state, what your desires are with your extensions & a plan to grow and strengthen your natural hair Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred ONCE as long as you’ve rescheduled 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. All no call no shows will be charged 50% of the standing balance. There is a grace period of 15 minutes or courtesy call is required. Cancellation Policy
💼 Salon Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may be transferred once to a future appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time only. If you cancel after the second reschedule attempt, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit and may result in a cancellation fee.
No-Call / No-Show: Clients who do not show up or call will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.
Grace Period: There is a 30-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, a late fee may apply. After 1 hour, the appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.
